What To Expect

• All talks/workshops will be in English.
• A Code of Conduct team is available throughout the entire event and parties to address any incidents, microaggressions or ableisms.
• Our speakers have been advised to avoid using epilepsy-inducing videos and animations, however we cannot fully guarantee compliance.

Live Captioning Workshops

We will be using the Zoom AI captioning. You can enable the captioning by using the closed captions button (CC) at the bottom of your Zoom window.

Live Captioning Conferences and Meets events

We have human captioning during our conferences and Meets events.

• We will announce the URL of their browser-based application before the event.
• You are able to open the page full screen, splitscreen or in a seperate device.
• You can select a preset theme or customize your own.
• You can adjust the font size.
