Visualize Your Leadership

Wed 15th – 16:10

What does your leadership actually look like?

In this interactive talk, Calvin explores that question in a way that moves past theory and job titles. Leadership shows up in how people experience you every day, in your decisions, your presence, and your impact on others. Through a live, audience-driven experience, you’ll start to see your leadership more clearly as it takes shape in real time, revealing patterns, gaps, and strengths that often go unnoticed.

This session is for anyone stepping into greater responsibility, figuring out their path, or influencing others in their role. You’ll walk away with a clearer perspective on your leadership and a better sense of what to do next.
