COVID-19

COVID-19 Vaccinations will be required for SmashingConf SF 2022.

Whilst we are very happy and excited to be planning events where we can learn together in-person once again, we know that the Covid-19 pandemic is not over. All attendees, speakers, partners, and staff must be vaccinated. Between local, venue, and company policies, this will be enforced. Information as how to show and prove your vaccine status will be available before the event.

International vaccine certificates will be accepted. In addition, there will be hand washing stations, masks will be available, all food & drinks will be individually contained, and we will still encourage social distancing, especially for those who don’t feel comfortable together just yet! Now, as the past nearly two years have shown us, things are uncertain and can change quickly.

We will never run a conference if we feel the situation is not safe for speakers, attendees, and staff, and we will take appropriate measures where necessary. Of course, we will keep you informed as the situation develops, and how our team is responding, as the time approaches. And of course, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
