    Kardo Ayoub

    Kardo is a London based Experience/Product Designer with a unique perspective shaped by becoming visually impaired. With a career that began 15 years ago, he combines personal experience and professional expertise to advocate for inclusive design practices that benefit everyone. Drawing on firsthand knowledge of accessibility challenges, he is dedicated to creating products and experiences that empower users, regardless of ability.
    As a designer, Kardo has worked with large organisations as well as startups to improve the usability of digital products for individuals with disabilities, focusing on the principle that inclusive design leads to better design for all.
    Known for his humor, insight, and empathy, he is an advocate for pushing the boundaries of what design can achieve.

  • Sarah L. Fossheim

    Sarah L. Fossheim

    Sarah Fossheim (pronouns: they/them) is an independent accessibility specialist and front-end/UX developer, emphasizing data visualization and ethical tech. Their expertise spans multiple fields, concentrating on fostering accessibility within teams and throughout the product lifecycle.

    They also love to make drawings with CSS, write about tech, collect ethical design resources, and have way too many side projects. In their spare time, they’re a wildlife photographer.

    Stéphanie is a User Researcher and Inclusive Designer who focuses on building user-centered, inclusive and accessible products and services. She spent the last 12+ years helping her clients deliver successful projects in different industries (banking, financial, automotive, healthcare, press, travel, etc.)

    She likes to share her passion for her UX work all around the world. She has taken this beyond her successful blog, conferences and workshops. She discusses a wide range of topics, including mobile UX, enterprise UX, cognitive biases, inclusive design, design process and designer — developer relationship.
