With a career that began 15 years ago, he combines personal experience and professional expertise to advocate for inclusive design practices that benefit everyone. Drawing on firsthand knowledge of accessibility challenges, he is dedicated to creating products and experiences that empower users, regardless of ability.
As a designer, Kardo has worked with large organisations as well as startups to improve the usability of digital products for individuals with disabilities, focusing on the principle that inclusive design leads to better design for all.
Known for his humor, insight, and empathy, he is an advocate for pushing the boundaries of what design can achieve.
