Learn through hands-on exercises with dedicated time for Q&A after each session.

The workshop will focus on providing solutions for complex UX challenges in enterprise environments such as roles, teams, processes, collaboration and delivering organizational value. Our primary focus in this workshop is UX design in enterprise organizations — navigating the organization, stakeholders, aligning maturities, and streamlining UX practice — which makes it a great complement to other Smashing workshops on UX and user interface design.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for UX designers, design managers, interface designers, product designers, front-end designers and developers; designers who work in enterprise environment, or want to explore how to thrive as a designer in a complex environment; and anyone who creates digital products, websites, and mobile applications in a medium to large-size organization.

The workshop benefits all the unsung UX heroes working in the massive public sector and enterprise-level organizations who are pushing the needle of digital transformation, customer and constituent communication, and self-service experience optimization.

What hardware/software do you need?

Please come to each session well-rested. Each day will inspire you with multiple perspectives and provide much food for thought. We encourage you to prepare your questions for the Q&A with Marko.
