Aarron Walter founded the UX practice at MailChimp and helped shape the product for 8 years. He's recently struck out on his own as a product consultant. His design guidance has helped the White House, the US Department of State, and dozens of major corporations, startups and venture capitalists.

He is the author of Designing for Emotion from A Book Apart. He tweets about design under the moniker @aarron on Twitter.
